ZEEPAY
Zeepay is an international electronic payment wallet that enables users to send, receive, and manage money seamlessly across borders.
The Challenge
In a competitive fintech market, Zeepay needed to establish instant credibility as a new payment product, offer a bilingual experience that didn’t compromise usability, and ensure security and transparency at every step.
With a vision of connecting users across borders, Zeepay’s primary challenge was designing a wallet experience that felt familiar, intuitive, and trustworthy — especially for users new to digital wallets or financial apps.
Our Approach
We approached the project with clarity and inclusivity at the core of the UX. Our goals were to:
- Build a unified design system that could scale across two languages and multiple device sizes
- Design clear and progressive onboarding for users with different levels of digital literacy
- Create a strong brand identity that felt modern, friendly, and credible in both local and international contexts
- Embed trust signals throughout key financial actions (like transfers, wallet top-ups, and verifications)
Key UX Enhancements
Trust-Centered UI for Sensitive Actions
→ We designed confirmation flows, status indicators, and inline help for high-sensitivity moments like sending or receiving funds.

Intuitive Multi-Currency Handling
→ Users needed to understand exchange rates and currency conversions clearly. We implemented smart currency formatting and previews.

Seamless Bilingual Support
→ We ensured all flows worked smoothly in both Persian and English, using dynamic layouts and mirrored UI for RTL compatibility. Translations were contextually adapted, not just literal.

Light & Dark Modes
→ We introduced both light and dark modes with carefully tuned contrast, ensuring readability, visual comfort, and reduced eye strain.
